The pizza crust was exactly how I liked it, just like the ones you get in Italy. Warm, relaxed atmosphere and staff were very attentive. Can't wait to go back and try the other pizzas.

The service was friendly and fast, complimenting the fact that the food was great. We got both pizzas and pastas all of which were lovely.

After waiting over an hour for the food, it was cold and tasteless. The staff was friendly on arrival, however there was no engagement at all for the entire waiting time... over one hour!!!! not even offered a drink of water. Very disappointing! Our experience and frustration was also felt by the other people waiting for their food.
The rating of 1 star only cause I can't rate zero.
UPDATE!! The response from this restaurant is addressing someone else's complaint!! ... proof again of things lacking - Anna L. Added December 01, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best ambiance, warmest and friendliest staff; pizza beyond words (Margherita or just go Nude and creative - your way). Panzerotto (or better panzerotti, plural) is the must-try signature dish. Tiramisu or nutella pizza are amazing for the grand finale!
