Coffee is disgusting. My latte came out with half a cup of froth. The place is filthy! Dirty and outdated. Cutlery and cups and plates don't look like they've been washed. Our can of drink came to the table with dust and dead insects all over the top of it.
The attitude of the owner is also really, really bad. The worst dining experience I have had in Sydney.
This cafe used to be great with friendly staff, quick service and nice food. Now it is overpriced, service is pathetic (waited over an hour for lunch) and no one seems to know what they are doing. The attitude of the female manager is disgraceful and she can't say anything except "this just happens sometimes" or "it's just a busy day". Well, employ more staff!! You might have less complaints. People were there waiting for take away service for over 45 minutes! And the food is not worth the wait!! Over cooked and dry and $19 for a steak sandwich?!! Really?!!
Ordered chips with our meal, got told the deep fryer was broken that's why they didn't come to the table. No exlaination for the missing chips until questioned twice! Table next to us who ordered after us got their chips. Waitress/manager walked off in a huff when asked about the chips and took plates from the table before people had finished their meal-not even an apology. For a 'manager' she really had no idea but her experience is in social work apparently. Needs a lot of practice on her people skills!! And her English skills!!
I don't even give this place one star. Doesn't deserve any. Robbed for $70 for such horrible food and service. Yuck!
