The vegetarian and vegan diets were the must trend to follow; the variety of veggies I found there together with my curiosity for a different way of eating and lifestyle did easily the rest. So I started to stock my pantry with nuts, kale, avocados and granola, not really knowing the benefits behind those food.
But I liked it, and slowly my Mediterranean diet made mainly of pasta, bread, cheese and veggies left the carbs behind.
Then I came to Sydney and my awareness for the need of having a healthy life grew even stronger.
I didn’t have a specific health problem, but I simply wanted to know more about my body and how the food we eat can influence it.
And here I met the amazing Elena!
She is highly knowledgeable and always digs deep and thinks hard before prescribing gentle yet powerful remedies to balance the body or the mind.
Her much needed personalized approach helped me increase my overall wellness from inside and out.
She explained to me the benefits of the different food (ah! the wonderful grains!) and built a personalized diet, which doesn’t rule out specific food only for the sake of the next commercial trend.
Elena is a caring person and a very good listener to your words and to your body.
She is truly an epic human being and I can’t more highly recommend her.
